I'm a logic driven developer whose curiosity bounces between game development, backend engineering, and AI systems usually through the lens of first-principles thinking.

About
A systems engineer,
driven by curiosity.
& the fun of the journey
I’m Avik Yadav, an Electronics Engineering undergraduate at NSUT. If a field is built on logic, you’ll probably find me there I’m a big fan of understanding how things actually work, and I’m drawn to systems that use simple principles to solve complex problems.

What I do
Over 4+ years I’ve explored a lot -Unity and C# game development, Python backend systems, networking, and LLMs eventually drawn toward first-principles engineering and core mathematics. Each field added a new layer to how I think and build, and the journey is far from over.

How I think
I break problems down to their fundamentals before building solutions. I like mapping systems out in my head before implementation thoughtful planning before execution. Strong modular foundations matter more to me than polishing features too early.

What I’m after
I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, build meaningful technology, and work alongside great teams that enjoy solving challenging problems.
off the clock
When I’m not building things, I’m usually thinking about watermelons 🍉
They’re sweet, refreshing, and objectively one of humanity’s greatest inventions. I play table tennis and lawn tennis, get lost in video games, and head outdoors whenever I can as much as I love technology, I love unplugging and being close to nature.
I’m also the kind of person who’ll spend hours researching a gadget before buying it. Not because I need it… but because deep down I want all of it.
